THE EVENT

Gathering together the most badass acro heros known to mankind. SAFT is a 6 day festival where all your wet acro dreams will come true. Situated in the flatlands of Nothern Serbia; you will be surrounded by some of the most beautiiful countryside, 3 lakes and lovely creatures like puppies, ostriches and acrobats. After 7 years of research and pickpocketing other festivals for greatness, the venue and the event is built by acrobats, for acrobats.

Why the wierd price?
-We don't need to earn off you. By our calculations, this exactly is enough to cover all expenses (Food, teachers, utilities, internet etc.)

Food

We'll have 3 meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Options for Meat eaters and Vegetarians.
Mom's Cafe will be open in the evenings, serving homemade cakes and exotic potions of happiness (like Rakija and smoothies).

Travel logistics

SAFT-land is located 2 hours from the airports:
Belgrade, Serbia (Nikola Tesla Airport)
Budapest, Hungary (Ferenc Liszt Interntational Airport)

You can also reach us by train.
If you travel by car/van, you will find SAFT-land 5 minutes from the highway exit.

The Surrounding Area

SAFT-land is in the middle of a beautiful countryside with a lot of sights to see and things to do. There are 3 lakes in the vicinity out of which the "Palicko lake" is especially designed for visitors to enjoy walking or cycling along, offering restaurants, ice-cream shops and beautiful wooden structures.

Special Food

There is a small market about 10min walking distance from the venue for all your special needs. If you have any allergies, please state them in the ticket application.

Sauna and Fun

Yes, we have a SAUNA!

At the end of an acro filled day, take some time to relax and sweat everything out. This is not the only facility that you can enjoy at SAFT-land. Check the whole venue here.

Payment

We ask that you pay the full price of the deposit via bank transfer. The rest will be settled on arrival to the festival during registration. We will send you our bank details in the welcome email after you sign up.

Cancellation policy

We ask you to pay a 180€ deposit to save your spot and pay the rest in cash the first day of the convention:

In case of cancellation (read carefully):

Before April 1st 2024, you will get full refund minus 40€ for administration fees.

After April 1st 2024, we will be able to refund the deposit only if there is the waiting list. In that case, you will informed after the convention and you will get a full refund minus 40€ for administration fees.

Tickets are personal and cannot be sold. Any replacement will be handled exclusively through the waiting list. If the festival is cancelled due to organization issues, we will refund the full deposit; any travel expense already incurred will be excluded from the refund.
